It is a beautiful day here in Central Michigan.  God has blessed us with some beautiful spring weather the past few days.  The grass is growing, flowers and trees are blooming, and a warm breeze is blowing.  We are currently in a meeting at the Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church in Ionia, Michigan.  Pastor Jeff Smith is doing a fine job of leading this established church.  We have had many visitors and the people have been very receptive to the messages that God has given.  On Tuesday night, a young lady from an area church sang the old hymn, "Complete In Thee".  The lyrics of the first verse and chorus are as follows –

Complete in thee, no work of mine
Could take, oh Lord, the place of thine.
Thy blood hath pardon bought for me,
And I shall stand complete in thee.

  Chorus
Yea, justified, oh blessed thought,
And sanctified, salvation wrought
The blood hath pardon bought for me,
And glorified I, too, shall be.

God has done it all.  I am COMPLETE in HIM!  The LAW has just as much to do with my SANCTIFICATION as it did with my JUSTIFICATION....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

As she sang, God was magnified and man was diminished.  God moved in our hearts and we never really got to the preaching.  Worship happened.  Oh, for worship to be our desire.  As I type these words, I am looking forward to our final service here tonight.  Praying for a genuine work of grace to take place tonight in the lives of those in attendance.    "Yea, justified, oh blessed thought,  And sanctified, salvation wrought.  The blood hath pardon bought for me,  And glorified I, too, shall be."
